Three small summer residences, currently in the design phase, are quietly emerging in the landscape of Sithonia. Designed with sensitivity to place, they share the same material palette—natural textures, muted tones, and soft transitions between inside and out—yet each one maintains its own spatial rhythm and orientation.
These retreats are not imposed on the land but shaped by it. The slope, the light, and the views guide every decision. Architecture here is not about presence but about belonging.
Each house is modest in scale, open in feeling, and designed to offer shade, quiet, and connection to the outdoors. Courtyards, shaded terraces, and framed vistas become part of daily life.
Together, they form a quiet trio that explores ideas of seasonal living, slowness, and simplicity. A shared architectural language, spoken in three different tones, all grounded in the same respect for context, climate, and calm.
