Located in Thermi, Thessaloniki, this residential development was designed to redefine the everyday experience of collective living. Rather than treating the buildings as a series of independent structures, the project is conceived as a unified architectural composition, where the residences are connected through a landscaped communal core that brings together greenery, gathering areas and spaces for play.
The architecture is defined by clean geometry, strong horizontal lines and softly curved balconies that give the buildings a calm yet distinctive identity. White perimeter frames emphasize the generous terraces and create natural shading, while earthy materials, vertical screens and timber soffits introduce warmth, texture and a more human scale.
Particular attention was given to the relationship between the homes and the outdoor environment. Spacious balconies extend the living areas beyond the interior, strengthening the connection between inside and outside while allowing natural light, views and landscape to become an integral part of everyday life.
At the heart of the development, landscape takes on a central role. Trees, planting, seating areas and children's play spaces shape a protected communal courtyard that encourages interaction without compromising the privacy of each residence. Vehicle circulation is carefully organized to minimize its presence, allowing the outdoor spaces to function as places for relaxation, social encounters and daily life.
The result is a contemporary residential environment that balances architectural clarity with comfort, privacy and a strong sense of community, offering a timeless interpretation of modern living in one of Thessaloniki's fastest-growing residential areas.
