The façade is organised through a disciplined geometric composition and a rhythmic sequence of vertical elements that unify all levels and establish a strong sense of order. At its centre, a core of contrasting materiality acts as the project's visual anchor, balancing the two symmetrical volumes formed by the balconies.
Generous balconies are conceived as genuine extensions of the living spaces rather than merely formal elements, strengthening the connection between interior and exterior while providing depth, privacy and natural shading. At the top level, a lightweight pergola completes the composition, softening the building's silhouette and enriching the façade with ever-changing patterns of light and shadow.
